appointment day, city, number of persons and contact number - One of our office staff will reply with a CC AUTHORIZATION FORM including information related to
your appointment (VISA or MC are accepted) - Applicant will fax or scanned email the cc authorization form to FAX: 619-374-2298 Email:
MYPAYMENT@SANDIEGOLEISURE.COM - Once the cc payment is processed one of our office staff will reconfirm via email including pick-up
time, place, hotel information and helpful information for the consulate trip.
