Via  Internet the cost for a  PIN is $8.00 U.S.  payable with  visa or master card, the PIN is valid for 90 days
from the date of payment if no appointment is scheduled.  If you need to reschedule your appointment you
may do so up to 3 business days prior to your appointment date. This PIN will allow you to reschedule your
appointment 2 times.

  • One of our office staff  will reply with a  Credit Card  AUTHORIZATION FORM  including information
    related to your appointment (VISA or MC are accepted)

  • Once the cc payment  is processed one of our office staff will reconfirm via email including pick-up
    time, place,  hotel information and  helpful information for the  consulate trip.

Note: Our office needs to receive item #3  via fax or scanned email  seven working days prior to your
appointment date. You can also pay with cashier check same rule applies  we need to receive it  five working
