  • One of our office staff  will reply with a  CC AUTHORIZATION FORM  including information related to
    your appointment (VISA or MC are accepted)

  • Once the cc payment  is processed one of our office staff will reconfirm via email including pick-up
    time, place,  hotel information and  helpful information for the  consulate trip.

Note: Our office needs to receive item #3  via fax or scanned email  ten working days prior to your
appointment date. You can also pay with cashier check same rule applies  we need to receive it  ten working
