Deposit:  

An initial deposit:  $100.00, per person is required to secure definite reservation. We regret that no space may be reserved without deposit.

Final Payment:

Balance of Payment due 30 days prior departure. If the tour is booked less then 30 days prior departure the full amount is due upon confirmation.

Cancellation And Refunds: 

Full refund is guaranteed for all cancellations received up to 30 days prior to departure. Cancellations must be in writing; verbal cancellation, whether in person or by phone are not valid. For cancellations received 30  days  or less prior departure,  deposit will not be granted plus a cancellation charge will reflect any cancellations penalties incurred by, trains, hotels, buses, ground operators  and / or other suppliers involved.

Tour Price:

Price of the tour is based in  double or single occupancy, children fewer than ten are $100.00, less sharing a double occupancy paying room.

Responsibility:

This tour is operated by SAN DIEGO LEISURE, INC., by contracting services from other suppliers. SAN DIEGO LEISURE, INC., and/or its agents, acting as agents for the tour members, shall be responsible to tour members for supplying services and accommodations as set forth in the website or brochure except to the extent such services and accommodations can not be supplied due to the force of nature, delays, or other causes beyond the control SAN DIEGO LEISURE, INC., Best efforts will be made to supply comparable services and accommodations. If such services and accommodations can not be provided due to the above reasons, or if the services are not used due to voluntary omission by the tour member, refunds will not be granted.  By becoming a member of the tour, a participant waives any claim against SAN DIEGO LEISURE, INC., for any damages to or loss of property, or any injury or death of persons due to any act of negligence of any hotels or any other persons rendering any of the services and accommodations included in the ground portion of the itinerary. SAN DIEGO LEISURE INC., shall not be responsible for any delays substitutions of equipment, or any act or omission whatsoever by any air or surface carrier, its agents, servants, and employees; and a participant, by becoming member of the tour, waves any claim arising there from.
