Daily Tour Via  CHIHUAHUA Includes:

  • First class train tickets CHIHUAHUA POSADA BARRANCAS (Copper Canyon) CHIHUAHUA.
  • All Transfers
  • Two night’s hotel accommodations in Chihuahua, at Hotel San Francisco on arrival and departure. 
  • One night hotel accommodations at Hotel  Mirador Hotel in Copper Canyon.
  • Guided walking and bus tour of Copper Canyon area.
  • 3 breakfast, 2 dinners and 2 Lunches.

Note: This tour can be arranged one way for the same price; you would start your tour in CHIHUAHUA then COPPER CANYON and END THE TOUR IN LOS MOCHIS. “ASK US FOR DETAILS”

 

 

Day 1, Arrive Chihuahua.

Arrive at Chihuahua airport or bus station where you will be met by a Turismo Al Mar Representative and shuttle you to HOTEL SAN FRANCISCO for the nights accommodations. WELCOME COCKTAIL AND DINNER INCLUDED AT HOTEL.

Hotel San Francisco is in the historical district just behind the old Cathedral built in 1826.

 

Chihuahua: Capital city of the state of Chihuahua the largest state in Mexico. Founded in 1707, it showcases some interesting museums, colonial era vestiges, and turn-of-the-century architecture. In Chihuahua you find the former home of Pancho Villa now a Museum opened to the public since 1981.

Day 2, Chihuahua / Posada Barrancas (Copper Canyon).

5:15 AM shuttle to the train station by Turismo Al Mar to your 6:00 AM Copper Canyon Train adventure to Posada Barrancas (Copper Canyon), 7:00 AM breakfast included at train’s dining car. 12:00 noon lunch included on train’s dining car. Arrive Copper Canyon about 1:30 PM where you will be met by HOTEL MIRADOR representative for the night's accommodations. 4:00 PM walking tour by hotel staff includes; a visit to a Tarahumara Indian home just 5 minutes from your hotel. 7:00 PM dinner included.

Hotel Mirador, this beautiful structure is unique in architecture and decor and each of its 48 luxurious rooms and suites has a private terrace where you can enjoy one of the finest views of the canyon. It is a bird watchers paradise.

Day 3, Copper Canyon / Chihuahua

8:00 AM breakfast included at hotel, followed by bus tour to Copper Canyon area by hotel staff, included. Even though your hotel has a view to copper canyon from the balcony, we want to show you more views of the canyon from different angles, bring your camera. 12:00 noon check out. 12:30 lunch then shuttle to the train station to your 1:00 PM train departure to Chihuahua, arriving about nine PM; where you will met by Turismo Al Mar representative to shuttle you to Hotel San Francisco for the night’s accommodations.

Day 4, Depart  / Chihuahua

Buffet breakfast included at HOTEL followed by shuttle via Turismo Al Mar van to the Airport or bus station.

 

ADD AN EXTRA NIGHT ON YOUR TOUR  AT CREEL, CEROCAHUI OR EL FUERTE

Hotel Best Western in CREEL

$129.00, per person includes; one night lodging a bus tour, 1 dinner and 1 lunch.

Tour of CREEL includes, San Ignacio Tarahumara Indian reservation, Old Mission and Arareco Lake.

 

Hotel Mission in CEROCAHUI

$199.00, per person includes; one night lodging, a bus tour to the rim of Urique Canyon and 3 meals per person.

Hotel Mission is next to the historic old mission church, with the original altar dating back to the mid-1700s still intact.

 

Hotel Posada del Hidalgo In EL FUERTE

$199.00, per person includes; one night lodging, 2 meals per person, historical walking tour and river float tour in El Fuerte River. Posada del Hidalgo is a beautiful colonial mansion.

 This attractive structure was built in 1890 by Mr. Rafael Almada, a wealthy and influential "Alcalde" (mayor), who spent five years and 100,000 gold pesos on its construction.
