FM3  Visa Applicants welcome to Baja California North  which  is  next door from San
Diego, California,   a  very popular  spot  for   U.S. Citizens and another nationalities
for vacation beach homes  or ocean view  at very reasonable price. I personally can  
assist you with your
residency & business  FM3 filings in Tijuana, Rosarito beach, San
Antonio del Mar, Otay,  Ensenada, San Felipe, Mexicali and San Quintin.  

I have dual nationality; Mexican and American  plus I m  bilingual in Spanish and
English  and can assist any foreigner in Mexico. I  will personally review and prepare
all the forms, petition letters and translate bank statements by a Baja licensed  
translator as required by Mexico  Immigration. I will guaranteed to file correctly at
the first intent, applicant  will just need to sign  all documents and I  will  accompany
he/she to the corresponding Mexico Immigration office to file 1ST FM3.

Note:  On FM3 renewals  applicants do  not need to be present I will  file on the
applicants  behalf obviously with Mexico Power of attorney letter.

Renewal  filing fees: $299.00, per FM3  including Mexico Immigration Fees
Note: add $50.00, more in the FM3  is not registered jet
Applicant will need to provide the following requirements to start the process:
  1. Original current  bank statement
  2. Original FM3
  3. Original passport
  4. 75% deposit the balance will due once the FM3 is ready
Note: to start the process applicant will need to provide  items 1 to 4, additional
requirements will be provided once applicant sign in for service.

Q: Who needs a residency FM3 VISA?

Q: For how long is the FM3 Valid?
A:
for 365 days after validation stamp and must be renew yearly
Tip: If you obtained an FM3 Visa in any Mexican Consulate in  U.S. You have 90
days to validate it, if you go over the 90 days your FM3 Visa  is automatically voided.
You must validate the FM3 Visa  in any Mexico border, airport or seaport.  Your FM3
Visa  is good for 365 days from the day  it is validated, before the FM3 Visa expires
you need to cancel it or extend it. If you opt to  cancel it   you must return  it  in the
nearest   Mexico Immigration office, border,  airport or seaport.
If you intention is to extend it every year, you must register your FM3 in the
corresponding Mexico Immigration office where you will reside 30 days after you
validate it, then file for the extensions accordingly.
Always   request  an exit stamp in your passport to avoid fines  in future FM3 Mexico
